The poppies

Description

The original work was made in the Argenteuil countryside and the figure in the foreground is Camille, the painter's wife. The woman is inserted in the landscape as an "impression" that merges totally, on a perceptive level, with it.

The painting continues on the sides of the canvas, in order to make the frame optional.
