This work develops through a vertical composition structured around a gradual chromatic transition from deep ultramarine to pale, diffused blue. The surface is built through layered applications of acrylic, creating a dense, textured field in the lower section that progressively dissolves into a lighter, atmospheric upper area.

The painting is constructed through stratification and controlled blending, generating a sense of depth without defined contours. The absence of linear elements shifts the focus to tonal modulation and material vibration. The lower register conveys density and weight, while the upper portion opens into a suspended, luminous space.

Rather than depicting a seascape, the work abstracts the marine element into a study of immersion, light absorption, and spatial continuity. The composition invites contemplation, balancing intensity and quietness through a restrained yet powerful chromatic range.
