The Milan Cathedral (Italian: Duomo di Milano; Lombard: Dòmm de Milan), officially the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is the main Catholic church of the Archdiocese of Milan. It is located in the central square Piazza del Duomo in Milan, Northern Italy. It is a symbol of the Lombard capital and has been declared a national monument.

The cathedral is dedicated to the Nativity of the Virgin Mary and serves as the seat of the Archbishop of Milan. Its construction lasted nearly six centuries. With a maximum height of 108.5 meters, it is the largest church in Italy, the third-largest by area, and the sixth-largest by volume in the world. Until 1933, it was the tallest building in Milan.
