Natività

L’opera Natività nasce da un dialogo materico e spirituale: juta, corda, spago, poliuretano, polistirolo e piccoli sassi — materiali di scarto e di vita — si fondono in un abbraccio sacro. Il gesto creativo trasforma il rifiuto in rinascita, il frammento industriale in simbolo divino. Al centro, Giuseppe e Maria custodiscono il Bambino in un vortice di calore e protezione, mentre dall’alto l’angelo, con l’occhio che rappresenta Dio, veglia silenzioso e onnipresente. Le ali si aprono come un respiro di luce, unendo terra e cielo, materia e spirito. È una Natività contemporanea, dove la sacralità si esprime attraverso la fragilità della materia e la potenza della fede.

The artwork Nativity arises from a dialogue between matter and spirit: jute, rope, string, polyurethane, polystyrene and small stones — humble recycled materials — merge into a sacred embrace. The creative act transforms discarded fragments into a vision of rebirth and divine energy. At the heart of the composition, Joseph and Mary cradle the Child in a spiral of warmth and protection, while above them the angel, marked by the all-seeing eye of God, watches with serene omnipresence. Its wings unfold like a breath of light, linking earth and heaven, matter and soul. This is a contemporary Nativity, where holiness speaks through the vulnerability of matter and the strength of faith.
