Biography

DPaulinos, born in São Paulo, Brazil in March 1962, is a self-taught artist who has been drawing for fun since childhood. Over the years, he discovered the need to express himself through art. Simple drawings began to become more elaborate, and his artistic evolution continued. He developed his present by observing the great works of the past, discovering the great painters, and began practicing painting and sculpture in his teens. Not bound to any particular style or category and using various techniques, he seeks to create spontaneous art, both figurative and abstract. Always seeking inspiration from nature and animals, he brings his inner world to external surfaces. Currently living and working on the coast of São Paulo, he is very interested in digital art, but he hasn't abandoned traditional art.

Over the years, DPAULINOS has been honored with several awards and recognitions that attest to

In 2024, he was appointed Ambassador of Art and Creativity in Yemen, a significant recognition of his

influence in the art world.

In 2023, he received a Certificate of Participation in the Metaverse in France and in an International

Virtual Exhibition in Brazil, highlighting his commitment to digital art.

That same year, he was awarded a Certificate of Honour in Formosa, Goiás, Brazil.

In 2022, he received a Certificate of Artistic Merit from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
