Description

When at the beginning of my pictorial adventure, just returned from Switzerland, I was looking for a point of reference in the Venetian area, where I had returned, there was a very lively artistic ferment. It was the beginning of the 80s. It was then that I met SPANIO. He was a very well-known painter in the Venetian area and factotum of the legendary 'GROUP 5' (of which I later became a part). The group also managed a prestigious gallery where illustrious artists passed; and I passed there too. It was there that Spanio welcomed me and encouraged me, showing me a path that will accompany me throughout my life. This is my work in his memory. I carry his memory with me always. Note: the work hides a secret that I will reveal only to those interested.
