Description

Here is my next work titled " Velazia ". This time, it features a complete profile, with a change in
technique. Previously, I mainly used only pencil; this time, I am adding charcoal and coloring
with colored pencils. In this way, I attempt to create a surface texture of plasticity to bring the
depiction of the person to a higher level of realism. The use of colors is also quite interesting, as
it completely changes the image of the portrait in its own way. While a drawing done solely with
pencil can sometimes appear quite empty, this technique allows me to combine multiple shades
of color, which together can alter the entire portrait to look even more lifelike. This work
measures 21.0 x 29.7 cm and was drawn on paper with pencil.
