Description

Here is my next piece titled "Zenobia ". It features a semi profile portrait, not frontal, but still
mysterious and secret at the same time. The foundation for this work, of course, remains typical
Renaissance examples, but also includes elements from later periods, such as Baroque. Overall, I
continue to try to maintain my style and aim to depict portraits from different profile
perspectives, while striving for as much simplicity in the figures as possible. Personally, I prefer
not to include too many details in my drawings, as this can create a so called counter effect,
confusing the viewer, causing them to lose orientation and making it difficult to focus on the
essence of the image. This is especially important to me when it comes to portraits. This work
measures 21.0 x 29.7 cm and was drawn on paper with pencil.
