Becoming an Artist was never an option until 15yrs ago all due to a friend, my friend gave me no option but to go with her to an art class after which I never looked back, my journey to this point was long and never would i have believed i was anything but artistic material, It was not something that i chose rather it chose me. Being an artist is not a job, vocation or a means to an end, it comes from within a passion or obsession that just must be brought out and created for all to see.

Statement
During my working life i have had many different jobs varying from Painting and Decorating, Gardener, Security, woodland work to door-to-door sales repping.
I have a variety of qualifications from City and Guilds in Painting and Decorating to Nebosh Health and Safety.
Unfortunately, due to an industrial accident and the decreasing mobility i have not been able to work from 2007 onwards. Due to this i started painting on oil and canvas around 2008, until 2016 this was just a hobby at an art class run by the WEA, from 2016 my artwork took on a more serious turn bordering on obsession and therapy.
