"There are images that don't just want to be looked at, but penetrate and demand to be painted. This work was born from the inspiration of a photograph that touched me deeply with its emotional charge and visual contrast.

I wanted to rework that emotion through texture and color, juxtaposing a vivid and passionate red foreground—a symbol of inner strength and roots—with a more intimate and poetic upper frame, where the delicate tones of the flowers and the moonlight invite dreaming and reflection. The tree at the center thus becomes the silent protagonist of a dialogue between earth and sky, between the strength of the present and the delicacy of memories. A material work, rich in contrasts, designed to bring intense chromatic energy and a touch of mystery to the spaces that will host it."
