Description

According to legend, Zeus appeared to Europe, playing with her friends on the seashore, in the form of a white bull and kidnapped her, taking her on his back to the island of Crete.

Picture defies the classic version of the famous legends and Europe instead of having to submit to the bull enters with him into battle. This work was inspired by the Fearless Girl sculpture in New York.

The idea behind this painting is a rethinking of social roles in the modern world.
