Description

SERENITAS constitutes a sophisticated operational anomaly within the BABYLON series, executing a radical paradigm shift in how an architectural space and the human nervous system interact. Moving away from aggressive, defensive posturing, the work establishes an intense tension between structural durability and a profound, stabilizing calm. The morphological configuration features fluid, meandering vectors of metallic and mineral matter that emerge directly from a darkened, petrified foundation. The work rejects standard artistic mediums; no commercial pigments are applied. Instead, the chromatic language is drawn forth directly through the proprietary manipulation of the material matrix—thermally and structurally extracted to develop a highly specialized visual spectrum of raw golds, coppers, and dense shadow. This organic, non-reproducible topographic signature functions as an active psychological and affective regulator, shifting the host room away from external chaos into an unassailable state of visceral quiet.

CHROMATIC METAMORPHOSIS AND PERCEPTUAL SILENCE

The specific interaction between the dark, high-density background and the emerging luminous channels generates a profound pre-semantic effect on the observer's subconscious. Rather than signaling physical hazard, the deep, grounded tonalities and shifting metallic paths operate as a neurological anchor. This somatic engagement induces an immediate reduction of informational noise and a severe decline in psychological entropy; the brain's anticipatory systems are quieted, converting the space into a vacuum of absolute mental silence.

The work completely emancipates itself from traditional, static displays through its reaction to ambient light. As the viewer moves around the perimeter, the intricate, sharp relief configurations and the hand-extracted metallic surfaces actively process the environment’s evolving lighting conditions. The resulting chiaroscuro dynamics produce a continuous vjemová kinetika (perceptual kinetics), making the work appear as a shifting, living topography that adapts to the diurnal cycle without any mechanical infrastructure. Installed via a single structural anchor using the Saphea Phenomenal Spatial™ technique, under Technology Polyadic N-ary | DS-2™️, SERENITAS proves that absolute structural resilience and an ultra-light physical mass (0.5 kg) can coexist to fundamentally dictate the spatial and emotional volume of any location.

I do this work with  emotions that reflect my own journey – a journey where I lacked the support of a father, dad, daddy… and yet I “have” two.

I am not the only one who has experienced this – many of us seek the support that was denied to them.

No matter how I work on it, I still carry within me that little girl who so longed for their recognition. I don’t know if I can forgive them for putting me in front of seeing how they looked at and cared for their daughters who came after me - as if they were unique.

And although it was not and is not easy to live like Cinderella, I recognized and firmly grasped my talent – my own “three nuts” – and just as Cinderella was ultimately happy, I believe that I am and will continue to be me and will never need anyone’s recognition again.
