and to focus on filling the geometric spaces instead of thinking about one's worries.

Changes occur in the soul simply by drawing: symbolism and geometry allow one to find

one's center and thus work on a deep level, having fun, forgetting time and space.

Geometry is very useful; serves, among other things, to test the mind, as the crucible serves to test gold:

the valid minds are strengthened in it, the vain ones evaporate (Cit.)

Galileo Galilei stated:
